Information you provide

When you contact EQTY or submit a project, we store the contact details, message, project information, and links you provide. For invited partners, we also store account details, approval status, project assignments, access expiration dates, and materials shared with the account. EQTY may keep internal review notes and follow-up status for inquiries.

How we use it

We use this information to review inquiries and projects, communicate with you, administer invitations and project permissions, and operate the website. A submission does not enroll you in the fund or provide access to private materials.

Website and email providers

The website uses OpenAI Sites for hosting and sign-in, Cloudflare-backed storage for records and files, and Resend for inquiry notification emails. These services process information needed to provide their functions. When you sign in, the website receives an authenticated account identifier, email address, and, when available, your name. Provider services are also subject to their own privacy notices.

Private materials

Private project profiles, images, and documents require an approved account and an active project assignment. Individual materials are shared with specific accounts. EQTY administrators manage these permissions. Access may expire or be revoked. Files already downloaded cannot be recalled.

Contact and project-submission forms are intended for nonconfidential information. Please arrange the appropriate protected channel with your EQTY contact before sharing sensitive documents. Access controls do not create a confidentiality agreement.

Cookies and site operation

Sign-in and hosting services may use cookies and technical request information to maintain sessions, provide access controls, and operate the site. The website does not currently include advertising pixels or an analytics integration added by EQTY.

Retention and requests

EQTY retains records while needed to evaluate a relationship, manage access, or maintain relevant business records. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question, use our contact form and identify the email address associated with your inquiry or account. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
